All in One Grow Kit
Our all in one grow kit is a grow bag with an injection port for ease of open air inoculation. You can simply inoculate with your chosen species that suits the substrate. This grow kit is designed for the home grower that wants the ease of one inoculation and ease of fruiting. It’s like the chia pet of mushrooms!
Each CVG grow kit bag includes 2lb. of CVG substrate (coco coir, vermiculite, gypsum) and 1lb. of grain (oats or milo) sterilized for 2hrs at 15PSI. Your grow bag can be inoculated with 10-20mL of liquid culture. We recommend expanding your liquid culture to create a bulk for future use.
Each Wood Lovers grow kit bag includes a 2lb. mix of hardwood sawdust, chosen nutrients (soy hull or wheat bran depending on species), and 1lb. of grain (oats or milo) sterilized for 2hrs at 15PSI. Your grow bag can be inoculated with 10-20mL of liquid culture. We recommend expanding your liquid culture to create a bulk for future use.
You can easily and simply inoculate through the injection port into the grain medium and wait for the grain to colonize fully (about 2-3 weeks). Once you mycelium covered grain, you will mix the grain and CVG together and wait for full colonization of the whole substrate (about 3-4 weeks). Then you will be fruiting mushrooms!
